Jenny Lynne is the Outreach Coordinator for the Cohen Clinic at VVSD. She comes to this role as a seasoned military spouse who has spent her time at each duty station fostering community. She is also a freelance writer who uses stories to bridge the gap between the civilian and military communities. She is passionate about being a bridge-builder and sees her role as a military spouse as an opportunity to reach both communities.

I had a bad internet connection, this may have been covered. I'd like to know, if in reflection there are any resources that would be recommended before the problem arise, with each phase of family life and throughout the military lifespan? Were they accessed, or if not, why? Part of post traumatic growth, must surely be recognizing what also MAY have helped....not that it would have definitely done so...but, what was strongly accessed and not a victim of stigma or simply on the periphery?
